Our fixed time, fixed price business model offers clients a low-risk option and can be used when the scope and specifications of the project are reasonably clear. In this model project deliverables are being in accordance to a pre-negotiated plan and all further enhancements and modifications to the product are discussed separately.

Creative[softlab] team will give all its effort to bring your project on-budget and on-time.

For projects on the time & materials basis the assignment is not yet completely specified or the implementation costs cannot be exactly estimated.

An experienced person on the client side must be dedicated for the task of mutual definition of the costs and project phases in order to run the project on those basis. The contract usually specifies human and other resources that are to be involved in the project on both sides.

Services are charged on weekly basis and in according to the submitted effort reports and pre-negotiated hourly rate.

Outsourcing under customer's supervision (also often referred to as "Nearshore bureau") offers customer the ability to use our services for a specific period of time as applies to specific employees with specific qualifications. Such team can be considered as the customer's development team working in Ljubljana and/or Belgrade.

Creative[softlab] undertakes all necessary administrative functions, supports infrastructure and provides necessary working conditions for employees involved.
